National Police Appreciation Week

May 18, 2026

Even though National Police Week was celebrated last week, the Kingsbridge MUD Board of Directors wants to take a moment to give a special shout-out and a huge thank you to the dedicated police officers who keep our community safe: our Kingsbridge MUD Security Patrol!

The safety of our residents and their families is a top priority for your Board. To ensure our neighborhood remains a secure place to live, the Board provides funding for additional security patrols that operate exclusively within our District. These private security patrol hours are dynamically scheduled based on historical statistics to target both peak and low times of criminal activity. Because their schedules and routes never follow a set pattern, they are a powerful deterrent to crime—keeping a watchful eye out for unusual activity, suspicious persons, open doors, and property damage.

Our dedicated patrol works hand-in-hand with our local traditional law enforcement agencies. Because Kingsbridge MUD spans both Fort Bend and Harris County, we are lucky to be supported by multiple departments, including the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, Harris County Sheriff's Office, and Fort Bend Constable Precinct 4.

How to Reach Security & Local Law Enforcement:

  • Kingsbridge MUD Security Patrol Message Line: (832) 584-4013 (Leave a message for non-urgent patrol-related matters)

  • Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office (Non-Emergency): (281) 341-4665

  • Harris County Sheriff's Office (Non-Emergency): (713) 221-6000

  • Active Emergencies: Always dial 9-1-1 immediately for crimes in progress, assaults, thefts, or vandalism.

The next time you see our security patrol car driving down your street, please give the officer a wave and a warm “thank you” for their hard work and commitment to protecting Kingsbridge MUD!
